At the main plaza of Centro Comercial San Juan Plaza (Shopping Center in Neiva, Colombia), I performed a live bodypainting session that turned an ordinary shopping day into a unique cultural experience.
Shoppers passing through the plaza had the chance to witness the entire creative process as the artwork came to life in real time. The project invited the public to engage with the art form, transforming the shopping center into an open-air studio where curiosity, creativity, and community came together.
This live intervention demonstrated the power of bodypainting to break the traditional boundaries of art, bringing it closer to people’s everyday lives and creating an interactive moment that many visitors will remember.
